of the Industry Council on Food Safety, Sysco Corporation is committed
to food safety through training and education. Sysco also joins other
major industry organizations to sponsor ServSafe, a food safety training
program developed by The Education Foundation of the National Restaurant
Association.
ServSafe is
the industry's undisputed leader in food service sanitation training and
meets the requirements of most all local, county and state health
departments.

certified instructors provide training courses periodically for our
customers. Attendees are trained and tested for certification in the ServSafe Serving Safe Food Certification Course.
